All committee members are a part of the Communications committee - responsible for spreading the word about this ALL CLASS Reunion. Members may be asked to create, post or distribute flyers, registration forms, save the date and invite announcements.

Search and contact classmates through various channels both online and off. Utilize all classes to help us reach out to their classmates. (Goal: 1-2 reps from each class.)

Reach out to EES and FTS Cougars. Establish Liaison with former Cougars to solicit and spread the word that they are family, and they are invited!

Forgotten Cougars – members who attended Reid Ross but moved away or were sent to graduate from area schools after RHS closed.
Fallen Cougars - those who have passed away. We will pay tribute to our fallen '85 classmates and all other Cougars who have passed.

This is an ALL CLASS Reunion, open to all graduating classes of RHS, even those from Reid Ross Classical School.

Search for acceptable venue that serves food and beverages (alcohol and non-alcohol). Finalize based on affordability.

Compare hotel rates. Block hotel rates. Take site tours as necessary. Finalize a hotel for the class reunion.

Decorations for High School's Gym Foyer area and Banquet venue.

Search for acceptable venue that serves dinner and desert. Finalize based on affordability.

Coordinate the school tour and activities offered during this event such as games, food/cookout/seafood boil etc. Important notes for this committee: We should obtain permission to set up tables and eat in the gym foyer area, use the gym for activities such as games and basketball, tour the school, use restrooms and cook outdoors.

Search and finalize entertainment (DJ, Band or both) for the Banquet within budgetary guidelines.

Recommend creative ways to raise funds for the reunion to defray upfront and out of pocket costs to committee members and possibly for attendees (2-3 fundraisers between now and the reunion). Coordinate and administer the fundraising ideas.

Note: 2024 Reunion event donated $800 to the Scholarship - Let's beat that!
Souvenir Book
Banquet Memory Book cmtee
Design and create a video/photo slideshow of all classes to be shown at the reunion banquet; the culmination of the slideshow should be C/o 85.
